CoD 4: Modern Warfare - Patch v1.4

Infinity Ward hat vor wenigen Augenblicken den v1.4 Patch fÃ¼r CoD 4: Modern Warfare verÃ¶ffentlicht.
Das mitlerweile 4. Update bringt folgende Changelog mit sich:

BESCHREIBUNG:

Der heute im IW-Forum verÃ¶ffentlichte Patch 1.4 enthÃ¤lt eine Winterversion der Multiplayer-Map Crash.
AuÃŸerdem wurde der Ingame-Browser noch weiter angepasst, die PrÃ¤zision der Waffen optimiert und die ban-txt ist nun endlich entweder im Main- oder im Mod-Ordner zu finden.

FÃ¼r den Mod-Bereich sind einige Fixes enthalten, u.a. wird nun der auf dem Server laufende Mod schon beim Connecten als “Mod: [mod name]“ angezeigt. Ab sofort werden nur noch offizielle iwd-Dateien aus dem Main-Ordner ausgelesen. Alle „fremden“ iwd-Dateien mÃ¼ssen zwingend in einem Mod-Verzeichnis liegen.
Das mehrfache Laden einer Map auf einem modifizierten Server ist nun gefixt und weitere Optimierungen an mod.ff und http redirect runden das Ganze ab.

"Winter Crash", a holiday version of Multiplayer map "Crash"
Improvements to the server browser
Fixed some rare bullet accuracy issues for all weapons.
For server admins: fixed user ban list not working correctly on servers. Ban.txt will be created in the main or fs_game directory

Mod support:
In the connect screen, Mods will be identified as"Mod: [mod name]"
Only official IWD files will be read from the main directory. All custom IWD should be placed in a mod directory.
Fix for reloading several times after connecting to a modded server
Improved mod.ff support to allow adding game types.
Fixed an issue with HTTP redirect downloads.
"fs_game" will be forced to lower case

Windows Update: Download [ 69.8MB ]

Linux-Admins kommen nun auch auf ihre Kosten. Ein nahezu paralleler Release von Windows- und Linux-Files hat es in der Geschichte der CoD-Reihe noch nicht gegeben. Weiter so IW!
