Still ist es in den letzten Wochen bei v3nusDeluXX geworden. Ganz untätig waren wir allerdings nicht. Nachdem wir uns aus dem aktiven ESL-Betrieb zunächst zurückgezogen haben, verbrachten wir unsere Abende mit gelegentlichen Funwars und wenn das nicht reichte, trafen wir uns auch mal wieder auf einigen LAN-Partys.

Am Wochenende, vom 11.11.2011 bis 13.11.2011 nutzten Lizzy, Mary und Vicky die Clanwars 2³ in Frankenberg für ein Wiedersehen. Diese LAN hatte zwar nur ca. 90 von 120 möglichen Teilnehmern, zeichnete sich dafür aber durch die besondere Atmosphäre und Gemütlichkeit aus.
Außerdem hatte sich das Orgateam des Vereines Multimediale Jugendarbeit Sachsen e.V.noch ein paar Besonderheiten einfallen lassen, die es so auf LANs bisher noch nicht gegeben hat. Ein außergewöhnliches Highlight war das Track Mania Community Event, welches in einem abgetrennten Raum stattfand.
Hier waren bereits im Vorfeld alle Rennfahrer, egal ob Anfänger oder Profi, aufgerufen sich auf der Clanwars 2³ einzufinden, damit die Games TrackMania Nations Forever und der Nachfolger Trackmania2 mal ein ganzes Wochenende im Mittelpunkt stehen. In verschiedenen Rennen konnten die Spieler gegeneinander antreten. Die Rennen wurden dabei auf dem Beamer übertragen und kommentiert.
Weiterhin fand am Freitag, dem 11.11.11, ein Kostümwettbewerb unter allen Teilnehmer, die verkleidet erschienen sind, statt. Die üblichen LAN-Spiele wie CoD4, CS, CSS und UT2004 haben in der Turnierliste natürlich auch nicht gefehlt.

Trotz der kleinen Teilnehmerzahl hat das Orgateam hier großes geleistet. Es war ein schönes Wochenende mit einigen spannenden Matches. Ein großes Dankeschön geht daher an den Verein Multimediale Jugendarbeit Sachsen e.V.

Bereits im September besuchten die Mädels von v3nusDeluXX die Böhlen LAN XVI onTour, die von 09.09.2011 bis 11.09.2011 in der Jahrhunderthalle im Spergau nähe Leipzig stattfand. Die Böhlen LAN ist eine der beiden großen LANs, die wir jedes Jahr gern wieder für ein Clantreffen auch mit unserem Partnerclan unitedFreaks nutzen.
Diese Veranstaltung bildete für uns wieder einmal ein kleines Highlight, da wir es geschafft haben, sechs unserer Mädels zusammentrommeln. Diese stolze Summe konnte erreicht werden, da neben HaSii, Lizzy, Mary, Sandy und Sahne auch unser Neuzuwachs Mausi vertreten war, die an diesem Wochenende offiziell in den Rang einer v3-Lady befördert wurde.

Da zwei unserer Spielerinnen allerdings erst am Samstag aufschlagen konnten, mussten zunächst die übrigen die Stellung im CoD4 3on3 und 5on5 Turnier halten. Dieses Jahr war eine Vielzahl an namhaften und außerordentlich guten CoD4-Teams vertreten. Das 3on3 war weit vor Turnierbeginn mit 32 angemeldeten Teams bereits voll. Da uns Teams wie cHaos eSport und KD-Gaming das Vorankommen schwer machten, schieden wir leider am frühen Samstag Abend aus dem letzten Turnier aus. Unsere Stimmung konnte das natürlich nicht trüben, denn nun blieb uns mehr Zeit etwas zu feiern, mit alten und neuen Bekanntschaften zu kommunizieren und ein paar turnier-stressfreie Funwars zu spielen.

Für uns hat sich das Wochenende wieder einmal gelohnt. Wir grüßen die Clans unitedFreaks, mYsLee, cHaos eSport, KD-Gaming sowie das gesamte Team der Böhlen LAN.
