Wie Robert "fourzerotwo" Bowling in Twitter berichtet, gibt es vielleicht in Zukunft Modtools zu Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Ob es möglicherweise auch dedizierte Server geben wird, konnte er zunächst nicht beantworten.

Würde sich nur die Frage stellen, wie Infinity Ward das Problem mit den Modtools ohne dedizierte Server lösen will, denn die Maps wurden von Teil zu Teil immer größer und die riesigen Maps über P2P-Verbindungen (also über das IWNet) zu verteilen, wäre für die meisten Spieler eine Zumutung.
