Im wöchentlichen Rhythmus veröffentlichen die Verantwortlichen der Slightly Mad Studios neue Project Cars-Screenshots. Die neueste Ausgabe der so genannten Community-Galerie zeigt wieder unbearbeitete und herausragende Screenshots aus der Pre-Alpha der kommenden Rennsimulation. Neu: Community-Update 43 ist in der Galerie.

Jede Woche werden zur Rennsimulation Project Cars auf wmdportal.com neue Screenshots der User veröffentlicht, die vor allem die Detailverliebtheit bei den Autos und Strecken zeigen sollen. Ohne grafisches Feintuning oder besonderer Hilfestellung durch externe Tools wie Photoshop zeigen die brandneuen Bilder erneut gestochen scharfe, professionell anmutende Bilder, die laut WMD die "tatsächlich im Spiel verwendete Grafik" widerspiegeln.

Project Cars setzt auf die Mitfinanzierung der zukünftigen Spieler, die durch eine finanzielle Beteiligung an der Gestaltung der Rennsimulation mitwirken dürfen. C.A.R.S. zeichnet sich schon in der Pre-Alpha-Phase durch ungeheuren Detailreichtum aus und verspricht, eine der besten Rennsimulationen für Autofans zu werden. Ein Release-Datum ist nicht in Sicht, ebenso wenig ist bekannt, ob es eine Project Cars-Demo geben wird.

It was a big hit.For my Aunt and Uncles anniversary party, my sister brought her polaroid camera and a scrapbook. She took each person or couples photo and slipped it into a paper frame and gave them to each person.One year, for my daughter's birthday party, I found little-girl's t-shirts, red flower girl dresses and the girls got to decorate them. I had bright buttons, bows--fabric paints, all sorts of little fancy things, and the girls laid them out--one of the other mothers and I whipped the decorations into place. The t-shirts were $1.00 each, and the craft items I had accumulated for very little, too.Another year, I decorated those little tank-dresses for the girls myself--I'd found the dresses for $2.00 each, wedding gown dresses pretty prom dresses and managed to locate the right size for each girl--6 girls total.One year,for my son't birthday flower girl dresses davids bridal , we took them all to the college pool (since his birthday is in January, the pool was a treat.) We have handed out baggies of what I like to call "junk" before. But I prefer to either hand out something nice or provide a service. It gives each guest a thank you for the party and a picture they can keep (and they can be done in an hour so you can even order them that night and still send them home if you have a spouse to pick them up).I'm not a huge fan of those toy candy bags, but I do feel obligated to give something to the kids that come to the parties. (We're dealing with toddler parties right now.)We've done bags with party theme-related items. For our daughter's Butterfly party, at Target we found little bags that had butterflies on them and added butterfly stickers and butterfly pads of paper. Target has those bins at the front of the store with themed items that are $1.00 each. We also had over-sized butterfly sugar-cookies made at a local bakery and put one in each bag. You can also look for coloring books or a small book related to the theme of the party.I've also seen personalized lunch bags or backpacks. (Only a few kids were at these parties.)For a big party, you'd probably be better off going to a Dollar Store, 99 Cent Store, Big Lots and getting less-expensive items. Cheap dress weddingSince you dont want to do the gift bags with candies etc, what about a small gift card. I'm not sure how much you want to spend. But depending on how many people you are buying for you could give each child a five dollar card to someplace they would enjoy. Someplace like McDonalds, Toys R Us, etc. You could also buy a inexpensive toy for each child. Something that is small and cost a few dollars. I may be cheap and rude, but I feel like being invited to the party and enjoying all the party had to offer is Thanks enough. I have never been to a party where we got more than a goodie bag, and I have never left feeling ripped off used prom dresses . We have always been satisfied with the good time, b-day cake, and games. My kids couldnt be any happier with the goodie bag, although it is filled with a bunch of junk they dont care to them a toy is a toy.
